Our journey began back in late 2016, when 3 friends DJ O’Brien, Ruairi Glavin and Odhrán Hassan realised it was extremely difficult to find authentic pizza in Northern Ireland.

Noting a gap in the market for high quality pizza, the wheels were set in motion for Notorious Wood Fired Pizza Co. which began trading in mid-2018.

In 2020 the pandemic shut down all events & weddings causing us to rethink our business model, so we decided to park the trailer in local towns/villages offering takeaways.
The business went from strength to strength during this period, so the only logical next step was to quit the full-time jobs and open a restaurant!

In September 2022 the doors to Notorious Pizza Co. Magherafelt were opened keeping this mad journey chugging along.
