Only orders placed by “The Tipsy Tap” customers using this app will be completed and delivered.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery Policy
All times given for delivery are approximate, your order may be delivered sooner. During busy periods your order may take slightly longer to be delivered. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 7 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending on peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone or in person. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled and food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
Age Policy
Only patrons over the age of 16 can place an order via the app. Users must have the bill payers permission.
